time for a new gameplan

ok so im back to the drawing board as far as nutrition is going. i dont feel sick anymore but my body is downright rejecting the spicy v8 at this point so i need some other way to keep myself alive because i'm straight up running out of cereal reserves here. something has to happen, and its going to happen tonight. there's this energy in the air, you know? this will be a tradition, like cookin' thursdays or some shit and we're talking about the genesis here. im talkin' recipies and everything. shit maybe i should bring my laptop into the kitchen so i can blog live that would be sick as hell all broadcastin my ingredients and temperatures and stuff and people can like write in with suggestions and shit and ill like answer allthese emails while im cookin up some fuckn beautiful ass thing i gotta FIGURE THIS OUT ILL BE BACK LATER PROBABLY EMAIL IF U GOT IDEAS

yo theres a surprise at the end of this update

so the other day i realized that i was out of food, so i rolled on down to wal mart for a restock. when im at the check out line though, i realize that i got almost no solid food whatsoever - i got a thing of hi-c, a thing of lemon brisk, a bunch of yogurt (the awesome kind with the granola on top), milk, and a thing of spicy v8. i dont know what i was thinking, i kind of just saw the spicy v8 there on the shelf and some instinct must have overtaken me or something because maybe since mac and cheese is my main source of nutrition im like dyin for some of that healthy ass shit in v8 or somethin. anyway i been sippin at it for a while (it really sucks to drink a lot in one sitting) and its actually not that bad! i got a feelin i wouldnt like this shit though unless i needed it or something to survive.

anyway i think that spicy v8 is overloadin my system or somethin because i'm havin some serious gastrointestinal issues over here. i dont know if its from the spicy v8 and i should stop or if im like getting sick and i should be straight up drinkin as much of that shit as possible. if u have any experience with spicy v8 please email me.

luckily though there was this promo goin on at blackjack so i got some striaght up pizza last night that i'm eating now. it hardened ever so perfectly overnight and the flavors are just perfectly complimented by this hi-c. this shit is intense, like im all eatin breakfast the morning after my 12th birthday or some shit.

also i made some bomb ass eggs the other day. no joke, im gettin better at this shit. maybe i should straight up get a recipie for some advanced ass shit like some pasta or somethin. thats how damn good these eggs were.

ok so this is a pretty hectic time for me right now and this monday sure as hell didnt help but im not gonna handle this like god damn Garfield or some shit and bitch about it. I am all sorts of firing up the Foreman to grill some hell of brats and onions tonight. who knows, maybe i'll watch the making of Braveheart or something (i haven't seen it yet so it should be pretty good) theres also that new heroes show on in a couple of minutes and i might watch it instead depending on what my connections on the east coast who just finished watching it tell me. i will update again maybe. aight peace

a pretty big day

so basically i made the raunchiest eggs ever this morning. i wanted some breakfast so i started heatin up the skillet on the stovetop but i put it on high and i guess it got overheated cuz as soon as i put the eggs down they pretty much just blackened on contact. people keep tellin me the trick to good eggs is to use a shitload of butter instead of oil but all i had was that spray on stuff from safeway and i think that all burned off or evaporated or something before the eggs hit the pan. anyway one of the yolks broke in the process and that side got totally dominated when i flipped it over. i put it on some toast and gagged the whole abomination down with some v8 splash and was done with it.

later i went out and got a chipotle which was rad as hell but they forgot to put my side of hot sauce in the bag (i woulda caught it but i knew the dude at the register and i was tryin to catch up all quick while the line moved) but it was still a fine burrito.

After the chipotle me and my bud neff threw in Cellular and we watched a little bit but then the dvd player started cuttin out and shit, so we took it out and cleaned the cd really well (it was a brand new dvd, we were pretty confused) and tried playin it in his ps2 but that didn't work either, so i plugged in braveheart and was just chillin.

a little while later just when im startin to get into braveheart neff tells me that he's got cellular playin on his computer, so i go in there and we watch it. it works through the bad part but toward the end of the movie it starts gettin all choppy again, but we kinda just kept watching. this was the kind of choppy where it just straight up lags between all the frames, so you only catch one frame with no movement. we tried to fast forward but all we got was this funny clip of this bad dude sayin "youlittlebitch" all quick in the fast forward and we laughed pretty hard about that. so anyway we watched the rest of the movie as a slideshow but neff kept sayin funny commentary for the pictures and it was a lot better than the actual movie.

when we got to the credits it started playin fine again, so we rewound it a little bit and just watched the ending. aight peace.

so yeah today

I totally almost kicked a squirrel today. It ran out from this tree as I was walkin by and started all runnin back and forth by my foot so I kinda got ready to kick it but it stopped runnin around and I walked away. After that I came back and made a burrito and ate it, it was really good. Just now I made a double batch of mac and cheese to split with my bud and now im way too full but we watched some of braveheart while we ate the mac and cheese which is good. aite peace
